The present Miscellaneous petition filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the Review petition is ordered as prayed for.

2. On earlier occasion, this Court, vide, order dated 30.03.2022, dismissed the Writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.5870 of 2022, on the ground that, the petitioner has entered into compromise with the local village people and filed an undertaking stating that, she is ready to leave the land measuring an extent of 15 feet, for the benefit of the village people and agreed to obtain patta only in respect of the balance portion of the disputed land and she will not insist for issuance of patta in respect of the said land. While so, contrary to her own undertaking, she made a representation before the 2nd respondent for issuance of patta in respect of the said land. However, it is the contention of the petitioner that, she has not given any such undertaking before the Village Administrative Officer and it is fraudulent.

3. In view of the above, this Court issues direction to the 3rd 1/3

respondent / Tahsildar to conduct enquiry and verify the genuineness of the M.DHANDAPANI,J.

skt petitioner's undertaking dated 02.06.2022 / 02.06.2021, which was recorded by the Village Administrative Officer and file a report to that effect before this Court on or before 08.08.2022.

4. Post the matter on 08.08.2022.
