Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the writ petition has become infructuous and produced a copy of the order issued in Na.Ka.3340/2015/Tho.Sa1 dated 15.12.2015 wherein the impugned order passed against the petitioner has been recalled by the respondents and one Kannan who is junior to the petitioner has been transferred to the said Lalappan Halli Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Society. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Govt. Pleader and in view of the subsequent order in Na.Ka.3340/2015/Tho.Sa1 dated 15.12.2015 issued by the 1st respondent, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
