Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to transfer the investigation in FIR in Cr.No.505 of 2016 on the file of the sixth respondent to the eighth respondent or any other agency for further investigation.

This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in FIR in Cr.No.505 of 2016 on the file of the sixth respondent to the eighth respondent or any other agency for further investigation

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that FIR in Crime No.505 of 2016 pending on the file of the sixth respondent police has been enquired and the same was closed on 22.11.2017 as 'Further Action Dropped' and the closure report has also been sent to the Tashildar, Coonoor.

3. Considering the submission made by the Additional Public Prosecutor, the sixth respondent is directed to file the closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Coonoor and the copy may be sent to the petitioner herein. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, in the manner known to law. 4.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
