ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation by which patta has been sought for on the ground that it was omitted to be given earlier. The said request has been made for the purpose of getting adequate compensation as the same has not been considered in favour of the petitioner in the absence of patta.

From the available records it is seen that the second respondent has sent a communication to the first respondent in O.Mu.829/2013 A dated 04.09.2013 to take appropriate action on the representation dated 05.08.2013 made by the petitioner along with four others.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in pursuant to the same, the third respondent has directed the fourth respondent to conduct an enquiry and file a report, after due inspection as the survey is stated to have already been done.

Considering the above, a direction is issued to the fourth respondent to file a report in pursuant to the survey said to have been done and if not, do the same and send the report to the third respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such report, the third respondent is directed to pass orders within a period of six weeks thereafter.
