ORDER

This petition is filed to call for the records in M.C.No.92/2015 on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet and quash the same.

2. The petitioner is the first respondent in M.C.No.92 of 2015. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondents submitted that the matter has been already settled between the parties. The first respondent has no objection to quash the entire proceedings in M.C.No.92 of 2015 on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai. A copy of the consent affidavit dated 08.01.2018 is filed before this Court by both the first respondent and the petitioner. Under these circumstances nothing survives and hence the entire proceedings in M.C.No.92 of 2015 is quashed. Accordingly the criminal original petition is disposed of.
