These revisions are filed against the order returning the interlocutory applications I.A.SR.No.7923 and 7924 of 2015 in O.P.No.4093 of 2014 pending before the III Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, which was filed by the respondent herein for restitution of conjugal rights. The order only directs return of applications questioning their maintainability. If at all such petitions are maintainable, the petitioner can represent the petitions stating how the petitions are maintainable. Instead of doing it, the petitioner has come to this Court by way of these revisions under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.
3. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. The original applications returned by the trial Court shall be returned to the petitioner for re-presentation before the trial Court. The petitioner shall re-present the petitions praying for an order either admitting the applications or rejecting the applications and then approach this Court. No costs.
