Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider and pass orders in the petitioner's representation dated 05.07.2021 under Section 84 of the TNVAT Act, 2006 with respect to Assessment Orders TIN : 3338336136/2015-16 dated 20/11/2018 before initiating any coercive steps against the petitioner.
