..Respondents Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the respondents to provide the date of highest marks scored students particulars of 10th examination and 12th examination on different aspects of community, disabled from Government Schools, Linguistic/Minority Schools, Corporation

Schools, Municipality Schools etc. w.e.f. 2016-2017 academic year to the applicant to award Scholarship/Meritorious award to the deserving students. This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing and the court made the following order:

This Court, by order dated 11.01.2021 directed as follows in this application:

"4. Taking into consideration the above report submitted by the learned A.G. & O.T., and on a perusal of the same and also the submissions of both sides, this Court directs the respondents to provide the date of highest marks scored students particulars of 10th examination and 12th examination on different aspects of community, disabled from Government Schools, Linguistic / Minority Schools, Corporation Schools, Municipality Schools etc. w.e.f. 2016-2017 to 2019-2020 academic years to the applicant to award Scholarship / Meritorious award to the deserving students.

Post on 27.01.2021 "for reporting compliance".

2. Now, this application is listed today under the caption "for reporting complaince".

3. Heard both sides.
