ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 336, 318(3), 306, 316 BNS 2023 in Crime No.55 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was working as an Accounts Manager in the defacto complainant's company. The petitioner went to the house of the defacto complainant and attacked him and extorted bike, mobile phone, ATM card and 5.5 sovereigns of gold ornaments along with Rs.1,60,000/- case and threatened him with dire consequences. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is absconding and the stolen articles have not yet been recovered. 4.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the stolen articles are not yet recovered, this Criminal Original Petitions stands dismissed. 21.08.2025 ari 2/4
