ORDER

(This matter is heard through video conferencing/ Hybridmode) The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 20.01.2014 in 1/3

I.A.No.111 of 2011 in O.S.No.18 of 1963 to remove the respondents from the trusteeship of the Deivasigamani Pillai Sathavarthy Trust and appoint the petitioners as trustees in the said trust. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the first petitioner and the first respondent died.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that I.A.No.111 of 2011 has been filed by the petitioners was dismissed on the ground that the respondents herein were already removed from the trust as per the order dated 20.01.2014 in I.A.No.253 of 2010, now the trust is not functioning and prayed for dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
