To withdraw the IDOP.No.5/2018 on the file of the Honble District Court of Nilgiris at OOtacamund and transfer the same to the Honble Family Court of Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil and pass in TR CMP No.490 of 2018.

(ii)To grant an ad-Interim stay of all the proceedings in IDOP.No.5/2018 on the file of the file of the Honble District court of Nilgiris at OOtacamund in CMP.No.12162 of 2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHANAARAVINDHABALAJI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- Notice sent to the second respondent awaited. Post after two weeks.
