ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the above Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in File No.AICTE/AB/SR/PID 1-44418338/2018-19, dated 10.04.2018 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consequently direct the respondent to appoint hearing committee to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass such further or other orders within stipulated period by this Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined the relief prayed for in the Writ Petition to the effect that the petitioner's representation, dated 03.05.2018 may be disposed of, without being influenced by the impugned order, dated 10.04.2018. Learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents had no objection to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders.

3. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the matter, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the said representation, dated 03.05.2018 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and others, if any, who are likely to be affected, and the said representation shall be disposed of on or before 20.07.2018, if there is no other legal impediment. No costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed.
