Writ petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the public auction notice in

NA.Ka.No.4500/2011/A1 dated 23.07.2014 published in Daily Thanthi dated 23.07.2014 by the respondent and consequently restraining the respondent from in any manner disturbing the business of the petitioner at Shop No.41, New Bus stand, Sathyamangalam, Erode District.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
