This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint in CSR No.229 of 2015 dated 10.09.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 10.09.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.229 2015 was conducted and the same was closed on 03.09.2016.
