ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide with police protection to lay and maintain pipeline in the water channel existing at RS.No.301/2B and 304 of Patlur Village as per the order passed by the Thasildhar, Anthiyur, Erode District in his proceedings in Ni.MU.5263/2019/A1 dated 12.01.2021 enable to take water from RS.No.248/1D of Singampettai Village to the agricultural land belongs to the petitioner existing at SF.NO.301/2B at Patlur Village, Anthiyur Taluk, Erode District by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 19.04.2025.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and since the representation dated 19.04.2025 has become 2/4

infructuous, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the respondents. On such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks.
