By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2015 and thereby directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service from 11.08.2015 with all consequential monetary and other service benefits.

3. The case of the petitioner is that while she was working as Panchayat Secretary, she was implicated in a criminal case in Crime No.10 of 2015 for offence under Section 7 of the Prevention of the Corruption Act, 1988 and she was placed under suspension since 11.08.2015.
4. The petitioner would claim that she has been falsely implicated in this case and the Panchayat has also passed a resolution on 15.08.2015 for revocation of suspension and reinstatement of the petitioner into service. The petitioner made a representation dated 23.11.2015 to the first respondent. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
5. Heard Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice for R1 as well as Mr.R.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice for R2.
6. Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this court, in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
