Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2015 which was acknowledged by respondents 1 to 3 and further direct respondents 1 to 3 to comply with the genuine requests made therein within a specific period to be stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner made a representation on 06.10.2015, which is said to be last one, seeking to remove the names of private respondents in the UDR patta based on the decree obtained from the Civil Court in O.S. No. 3 of 2008. Seeking to expedite the disposal of the said representation, by conduct of enquiry by the 3rd respondent, the present writ petition has been filed.

Considering the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015, with regard to the relief sought, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as respondents 4 to7, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
