ORDER

Earlier, this Court, by order dated 22.12.2023, had directed the District Collector, Kallakurichi District to appear before this Court through video conference for the hearing fixed on 04.01.2024 i.e., today. 2.

As directed by this Court, today, the District Collector appeared before this Court through video conference. 3.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the compliance report dated 02.01.2024 before this Court and submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.No.17584 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 has been complied with by the respondents and the same was also communicated to the petitioner. 4.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has also accepted that the order of this Court was complied with by the respondents and the Patta has also been issued to the petitioner on 27.12.2023. Page No.2 of 4
