O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been advised to file an appeal under Section 23 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings [Lease and Rent Control] Act, 1960, before the Rent Control Appellate Authority and that hence, the present Civil Revision Petition be withdrawn, without prejudice to file an appeal before the Rent Control Authority. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.
