ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the orders of this Court dated 09.06.2022 made in W.P.No.667 of 2018.

Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Aswin, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, the orders of this Court has been complied with and an order to that effect has been passed by the respondent on 20.07.2023. A copy of the same also has been served on the other side, who, on receipt of the same would submit that, since orders have been passed where only partially it is in favour of the petitioner, remaining thing is not in favour of the petitioner with liberty to challenge the said order, insofar as the offending portion of the order is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks disposal of this contempt petition.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with the aforesaid liberty.
