This Criminal Appeal petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST (PoA) Act, Ranipet, Ranipet District in Crl.MP.No.149 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 and enlarge the appellant on bail concerned.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that out of 30 witnesses, 25 witnesses have been examined and the trial is nearing its conclusion.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Appeal is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 21.05.2025 skr Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order
