(Crime No.12 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner is that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station everyday at 10:30 a,m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 15370 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P.No. 15370 of 2020 dated 05.10.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl O.P.No. 15370 of 2020 dated 11.09.2020 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police station everyday at 10:30 a.m until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
