The matter has been listed today "for being spoken to" in view of Mr.R.Killivalavan, the learned District Judge (Retd) expressing his inability.

2.Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent suggest Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned Judge (Retd) of this Court as sole arbitrator.

3.In view of the consent expressed by the learned counsel on either side, this Court appoints Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned Judge (Retd) of this Court, as sole arbitrator in the place of Mr.R.Killivalavan, learned District Judge (Retd) earlier appointed by this Court on 25.09.2024.
