ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent Police to investigate the matter and file the final report before the competent Court in Crime No.382 of 2014 and to proceed further in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.Considering the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the 2nd respondent Police to conduct enquiry expeditiously in Crime No.382 of 2014 and file the final report before the concerned Court, after due intimation to the defacto complainant.
