2. The minor was adopted by the deceased P.Muniammal. The main Original Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Succession Certificate in respect of the securities left behind by the said P.Muniammal in favour of the minor petitioner. The respondent who is the mother of the said P.Muniammal has also given consent for grant of Succession Certificate.

3. Considering the averments made in the petition and the fact that the applicant does not have any interest against the minor, this application is allowed appointing the applicant as guardian of the minor petitioner in the Original Petition.
