PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for the wilful disobedience of the order dated 06.02.2023 in the Writ Petition No. 19640 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

2. Along with an affidavit, the copy of the order has been forwarded. The order is dated 01.11.2023 in R.C.No. 1218 / 2023/A.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner expressed grievance over the nature of the decision taken in the order but no Court can direct any other authority whether judicial or quasi judicial, to pass an order in a particular manner. It can only direct that order should be passed and it is left entirely to the said authority to pass appropriate orders in accordance with the records available and in exercising discretion in manner known to law.
4. The order in the writ petition has been complied. Hence, this Contempt Petition therefore stands closed.
