ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in D.V.A.No.25 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned VIII Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, filed under the Domestic Violence Act.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the first petitioner and the respondent are husband and wife and the issues between them have been settled amicably and they are living together.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
