PRAYER:

This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2015 for issuance of all education certificates.

For Petitioner : Mr.M.Ravi, For Respondent 1 : Mr.L.P.Shanmughasundaram.

ORDER

The petitioner made a representation on 06.10.2015 to the respondent No. 1, seeking return of his degree certificate and mark sheets. As the said representation is pending consideration even after two months, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1.

3. Considering the pendency of the representation made by the petitioner and the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No. 1 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.10.2015, and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
