ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR against the accused persons, based on the complaint dated 22.03.2015 , the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that a complaint has been given to the Superintendent of Police. Hence, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh complaint together with the medical records to the jurisdictional Station House Officer and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Station House Officer is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any congnizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
