This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from erecting a transformer in the Western boundary of the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.1050/2(part), presently Town Survey No.74, Ward ''C'', Block No.42 of Madhavaram Village and Taluk, Thiru-Vi-Ka Street, Madhavaram.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents had already erected the transformer in some other place and not in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's property. Therefore, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
