ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner is the father of the detenue - Eapciba, aged 15 years. This petition has been filed by him seeking a direction to the respondent for the production of his minor daughter.

2. The detenue has been secured and produced before this court. On enquiry, the detenue has expressed her willingness to go with the petitioner, who is her father. We accordingly permit the petitioner to take custody of the minor detenue. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In such view of the matter, we find that there is no illegal detention involved in this matter. Therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
