ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the deoccupation notice dated 07.06.2019 under Section 80-A of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
