By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Though the writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order of transfer, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to issue a direction to consider the representation of the petitioner for re-transfer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Heard V.Suthakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice for respondents.

4. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the light of above facts and circumstances, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the first respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken by him to the petitioner. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
