By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.
Placing reliance upon G.O.Ms. No. 210 Revenue (ep/m/1(1)) Department dated 08.07.2011, the petitioner made an https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
application on 07.09.2015 to the 4th respondent seeking issuance of patta with reference to the property situated in Survey Nos.97/5 & 96/1, Pallagacheri Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Villupuram District. It was followed by a representation dated 16.11.2015 to respondents 1 to 3. As no action is forthcoming on the said representation, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.11.2015, on merits, in accordance with law and after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner as well as to the third party, in whose name, the patta stands as of now, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
