ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.Seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioners' appeal dated 15.10.2015 filed against the Letter No.EC/EA/N-I/7179/2015 dated 22.09.2015 issued by the second respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent that the authority has already considered the appeal filed by the petitioners and passed an order on 16 December 2015. A copy of the said order has been produced before us and the same is taken on record.

4.In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
