ORDER
This sub-application had been filed to re-open Contempt Petition No.1461 of 2025.
2. In the order dated 12.06.2026, this Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the Professor and Head, Horticultural Research Station, Udagamandalam, The Nilgiris and the Controller, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore on 18.06.2026.
3.It is represented on behalf of the respondents that the petitioner did appear and when he appeared, the respondents had given him a list of five documents and asked him to produce those documents. A perusal of the five documents, it is seen that the respondents would be in possession of those documents and the respondents are deliberately procrastinating in complying with the directions of this Court.
4. Therefore, this sub-application stands allowed and contempt petition is re-opened. It is made clear that if there is no effective compliance by 17.07.2026, the respondents would be directed to be present in Court. List on 17.07.2026.
