Heard Mr.S.Vijayakumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Kadhirvelu, the learned Special Government Pleader, accepting notice on behalf of the respondents. With consent of the learned counsel on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission.

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the Appeal filed challenging the order of the Seniority List prepared, which is pending for disposal. 3.

Considering such limited prayer of the petitioner and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no useful purpose is going to be served by asking the respondents to file response to the same, and as such, disposes of the Writ Petition at this stage, with a direction to the first respondent that, if such Appeal is pending, the same to be disposed of in accordance with law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
