This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3607 of in Crl.O.P.No.2124 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3607 of in Crl.O.P.No.2124 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
