[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 668 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.K.Poomalai takes notice for the second respondent and opposes the petition.

4. Though reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to condone the delay on terms, on a condition that the petitioner pays Rs.2,000/- to the respondent through the learned counsel, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this court.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
