ORDER

(1) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to direct the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Namakkal, to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued against the petitioner herein. (2) It would be advisable if the petitioner appears before the Trial Court, viz., the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Namakkal, wherein he is facing trial in Spl.CC.No.5/2006.

(3) Let the learned Judge take a decision about the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Court owing to the absence https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of the petitioner. This Court cannot interfere with such proceedings.

(4) In the result, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
