The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the Crime No.106 of 2014 pending before the respondent and to quash the same.

2. From the records, it is seen that when the matter was taken up "for admission" on 14.07.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners took an adjournment and the matter has been adjourned to 21.07.2014 and thereafter, at his request, the matter has been adjourned to 04.08.2014 and 01.09.2014. taking any steps to list the matter. It shows that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

3. In view of the above, this petition cannot be considered now and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
