This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by one Mohanraj, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
