Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of the Civil Procedure to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2018, prayer amended as per order dated 08/11/18 made in CMP.18696/18 pending from the file of Principal District Court, Vellore, and to transfer the same to the file of Principal District Court -II, Kanchepuram. O R D E R

The petitioner is the respondent in I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2018 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore. She has filed this application under Section 24 of Civil Procedure Code for the relief to withdraw the above said proceedings from the file of the Principal District Court, Vellore, and to transfer the same to the file of Principal District Court - II, Kanchepuram.

2. Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent are present. During enquiry, both of them are consented to transfer the above mentioned I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2018, to the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, instead of Principal District Court -II, Kanchepuram. Further, both the counsel made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel on either side, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. The case in I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2018 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Principal District Court, Vellore, and to be transferred to Principal District Court, Chengalpattu. Vellore, is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.12 of 2018 to Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such records, Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
