This application is filed to implead the proposed respondent as 9th respondent in the O.P.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that all other legal heirs have already been impleaded in this case. The proposed respondent is a legal heir of the deceased 4th respondent to be impleaded as 9th respondent in the O.P.

3. Taking note of the fact that the proposed respondent is a legal heir of the deceased 4th respondent, the application is allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment in the O.P.. For filing amended copy of the petition, post on 5.01.2021.

5. Notice to all the respondents intimating the next date of hearing.
