1. A.No.3220 of 2020 is filed to send the Wills, dated 22.06.1990 and 13.12.1993 executed by Saraswathiammal to the Forensic Department, directing the handwriting expert to exmine the genuineness of the signature of Saraswathiammal and submit a report.

A.No.36 of 2015 is filed to reopen the evidence in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Since the Wills sought to be sent for expert opinion are in the form of xerox copies, they cannot be send for expert opinion. Hence, A.No.3220 of 2020 is dismissed. Consequently, A.No.476 of 2021 is also dismissed.

4. Post the above TOS.No.36 of 2015 on 02.08.2023.
