(D) No.461, Health and Family Welfare (K1) Department dated 30.04.2025 and to Quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to allow the petitioner to retire from service from the post of director of the Medical and Rural Health Services (ESI), Chennai 600 023, as on the date of retirement on 30.04.2025 with all consequential and other attendant benefits, along with interest.
