ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to take proper action to arrest the respondents 2 to 6 and file the charge sheet for cheating under Section 406 I.P.C, as per the order of this Court, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the material placed on record.

3.It is seen that a case has been registered in Crime No.460 of 2014. Hence, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and file a final report or closure report as the case may be, before the concerned Court as expeditiously as possible and intimate the same, to the petitioner herein. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed to workout her remedies in the manner known to law.
