Respondents Prayer :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose of Revision Petition of the petitioner dated 2.8.2013 filed against the order of the 2nd respondent in passed in his proceedings in Na. Ka. No.426/2013/Aa. dated 3.7.2013 within a reasonable time limit stipulated by this Honourable court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to dispose of Revision Petition of the petitioner dated 2.8.2013 filed against the order of the 2nd respondent in passed in his proceedings in Na. Ka.

No.426/2013/Aa. dated 3.7.2013 within a reasonable time limit stipulated by this Honourable court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during pendency of this petition, the first respondent was dismissed the revision petition on 18.04.2016. As against which, the petitioner has filed a writ petition before this Court in W.P.No.17857/2016 and the same was also dismissed on 29.06.2021 and hence, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
