ORDER

(made by G.R. SWAMINATHAN, J.) The petitioner claims to be in love with the detenue. According to the petitioner, the detenue is being detained against her will by her parents (respondents 4 and 5). For causing her production, this habeas corpus petition was filed.

On 08.05.2025, when this matter came up for admission, this Court ordered notice to respondents 4 and 5. Today, the respondent police produced the detenue before us and we had an interaction with her. She is an adult having attained majority. She stated in clear terms that she does not want to join the petitioner and she is willing to be only with her parents. She also stated that she is not detained against her will. Page Nos.2/4
