ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 27.02.2013 passed in R.C.A.No.1245 of 2005 on the file of the learned VIII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, modifying the order dated 21.03.2005 passed in R.C.O.P.No.2165 of 2004 on the file of the learned XII Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai, and refix the fair rent at Rs.6,169/- per month.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
